All items ordered from SignBliss.com are custom printed, hence non-refundable unless your order is damaged during transit or you are not 100% satisfied. Please fill out and submit the form below within 24 hours of package being delivered to your door. Once we receive your return information, a Signbliss representative will contact you. Please note, if we do honor reprints you will be responsible for shipping fees.
Please note, our warranty does not cover the following:
- DESIGN ERRORS DUE TO CUSTOMER
Misspelling, punctuation, grammatical errors, inferior quality or low-resolution images, phone number and email errors. Please be sure to review each detail of your order prior to placing the order.
- COLOR VARIATION
Although our printers are color calibrated for the best print quality, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match for regular orders. If you'd like to match exact colors you can call our customer service number and we'll directly work with you.
- SHORT DEADLINES
If your project has short deadlines, please select the proper shipping method to expedite your order. Please be sure to allow your products to arrive at least one day before your event date.
- APPLICATION/INSTALLATION ERRORS OR DAMAGED/LOST PRODUCTS DUE TO IMPROPER USE
Please follow installation and application guidelines to avoid damaging your product. SignBliss will not be held responsible for damaged products due to unforeseen uncontrollable weather conditions (extreme cold, heat, rain, hail, snow, wind).
